1. Agreement
By accessing BlackRidge Scripts & Designs ("we", "us", "our") or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our products.
2. Products
We sell FiveM scripts and UI designs. All purchases checkout through Stripe. Discord must be linked before checkout. Script purchases are licensed to server IP(s) you provide at checkout (and manage later in your library). License terms may vary per product and are described on the product page.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to track purchases, manage licenses, and access account features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Purchases are linked automatically to the account used at checkout.
4. License & use
Unless stated otherwise, products are licensed for use on a single FiveM server per purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, leak, or share source files, assets, or license keys. Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass license protection is prohibited.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us on Discord and open a support ticket before opening a payment dispute.
6. Support
Support is provided through our Discord server for verified purchasers. We do not guarantee compatibility with all server configurations, frameworks, or third-party resources.
7. Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. FiveM is a third-party modification platform — use our resources at your own risk.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
