BlackRidge sells digital FiveM scripts and designs. Because licenses and downloads are delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible requests
- Duplicate purchase by mistake (contact us within 48 hours)
- Product materially not as described and we cannot resolve it
- Technical issue on our side that prevents delivery or licensing
Not eligible
- Change of mind after download or license activation
- Incompatibility with third-party resources not listed in requirements
- Violation of our terms (chargebacks may result in license revocation)
