1. Overview
BlackRidge Scripts & Designs respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your information.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone (optional), billing address (optional), password hash.
- OAuth data: if you link GitHub, we store provider identifiers required for authentication.
- Purchase data: order IDs, product IDs, license keys, and transaction metadata from Stripe.
- Security data: IP addresses and user agents logged for audit and fraud prevention when you sign in or perform sensitive actions.
- Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment processing; we store only a Stripe customer ID and retrieve masked card details (last 4 digits, brand, expiry) via Stripe's API when needed.
3. How we use your data
- Provide and manage your account and purchases
- Process payments and fulfill digital products through Stripe
- Enable two-factor authentication and account security features
- Respond to support requests via Discord tickets
- Detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payments and checkout
- GitHub — optional OAuth sign-in
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
5. Data retention
We retain account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Audit logs are retained for security purposes and may be reviewed by administrators.
6. Your rights
You may update your profile and billing address in your account settings. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, open a support ticket in Discord.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Session data is managed through our auth system and is not sold to third parties.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed. Two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard practices, but no system is 100% secure.
